Shipping Rates and Processing Time

We provide Free Shipping to the entire United States of America. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase. Our total shipping time from order to delivery is estimated at 5-7 business days. Exact times may vary; shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee due to unforeseen issues such as holidays, high volume, or extreme weather. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may require additional time.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain your order number and tracking number. Both can be used to track your package using the "Order Tracking" link on our website, or by simply clicking the tracking number link in the confirmation email. Any updates to your tracking number will be emailed to you.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States of America.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Thirsty Eagle will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

If your product arrives damaged or incomplete please take photos of damage or issue and contact us immediately through our Return Policy to begin a review.
